Personal Home Care
Sometimes a little help goes a long way. Our care partner provides compassionate, professional assistance with daily living so you can stay active, comfortable, and independent in your Freestyle Living home.
Private Nursing
For residents who need a higher level of care, registered and licensed nurses are available to come directly to your apartment.
Care Management
Licensed Care Managers — social workers and nurses — can serve as personal advocates for residents, coordinating every aspect of health and care so nothing falls through the cracks. For families at a distance, this service offers tremendous peace of mind.
Move Management
Moving into Freestyle Living should feel like a fresh start, not a stressful project. The Move Management team specializes in transitions for older adults, handling every detail of the move so you can settle in and start enjoying everything Freestyle Living has to offer.
